OPAN® - Brief overview

It is becoming increasingly important to be able to network together various partners in health care. The information channels are becoming faster, more secure, and clearer. Privacy and data security as well as efficiency and time savings are important success factors in an environment that is characterized by increasing cost pressures.

OPAN CARE AG operates with the online registration system OPAN® for nursing homes a standardized solution for the online registration for a home place. On a web-based interface, the professional referrer from the inpatient or outpatient sector can easily, securely and quickly assign applications to the nursing institution without prior registration. Also as a private person OPAN® can be used for himself personally or for another person. No additional software needs to be installed. Notifications about the status of the registration are sent via e-mail. The tool is available around the clock.

The nursing home receives applications over an encrypted connection through their secured point of access. Data protection and data security are given the highest priority.

Interfaces are available on the referring entity side in order to optimize workflows. Such interfaces are also available for the various specialized applications that nursing homes use.
